We provide an ongoing monitoring and compliance service covering legal and tax obligations in the relevant jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance with the regulations in force.

Authorised Agent (Mandataire Agréé)
We are authorised by the Monaco tax authority (Direction des Services Fiscaux) to act as Authorised Agent (Mandataire Agréé) under Law no. 1.381/2011, on behalf of foreign companies that own real estate in the Principality.

Information Officer
We act as Basic Information Officer (Responsable des Informations Élémentaires) and Beneficial Ownership Information Officer (Responsable des Informations sur les Bénéficiaires Effectifs), in accordance with the Monegasque regulations applicable to all companies registered in Monaco.
